💰 Points System
Lifetime points are calculated based on exam performance and achievement bonuses. Points have real monetary value!
Points = Real Money!
1 Point = 1 BDT (Bangladeshi Taka)
Every point you earn has real monetary value. Academic achievements = financial rewards!
Withdrawals:
- •Request withdrawal if points > 0
- •Amount (BDT) provided by teacher
- •Spent: Points already used
- •Remaining: Available balance
Example: 100 lifetime - 30 spent = 70 points (70 BDT) available!
Exam Points
Points per exam based on grade. Cumulative sum forms your lifetime total.
Example: 88% on CQ (Superb) = +20 pts, while 45% MCQ (Poor) = -10 pts.
Bonus Points
Earn additional bonus points through achievements like monthly wins.
Total Lifetime Points
Formula: Lifetime Points = Exam Points + Bonus Points
Determines leaderboard position and reflects overall academic performance.
🏆 Monthly Wins Bonus
Students achieving first rank in any completed month receive a performance bonus.
40 Points per Monthly Win
Each month with first rank (highest avg score) earns a 40-point bonus.
Eligibility (Both Required)
- •40% Attendance: At least 40% of month's unique exams
- •Min 3 Exams: At least 3 unique exams attended
Both conditions required to receive bonus, even with highest avg.
Monthly Ranking Method
- •Only completed months evaluated
- •Avg score calculated for all exams
- •Highest avg = winner (if eligible)
- •Each win = +40 bonus points
Example: First rank in Jan (5/8 exams), Feb (4/10), Apr (6/7) = 3 × 40 = 120 bonus points
Automatic Calculation
Bonus updates automatically when exams are added, edited, deleted, or points recalculated.
⭐ Excellence Rate
Excellence Rate measures the proportion of exams with excellent performance.
CQ Threshold
≥ 80%
MCQ Threshold
≥ 85%
Calculation Formula
Excellence Rate = (Excellent Exams ÷ Total Exams) × 100%
Example: 7 excellent / 10 total = 70% excellence rate
Significance: Measures consistency in high-level performance. 80%+ demonstrates sustained mastery.

🎯 Exam Center
The Exam Center allows teachers to schedule timed exams and students to participate in them. Teachers can create exams with a specific date, start time, duration, and (for online exams) a submission window for uploading answers.
Exam Lifecycle
Upcoming
Exam is scheduled but hasn't started yet. Teachers can still edit or delete the exam during this phase.
Running
The exam is in progress. Students can view the question paper (online mode) and a live countdown timer is displayed.
Submission Open
Writing period is over. Students can upload their answer sheets during this window (online exams only).
Finished
The exam and submission window have ended. Teachers can review all submitted answer sheets.
Online vs Offline Mode
Online
- •Question paper PDF viewable during exam
- •Students upload answer sheets (PDF/ZIP/RAR)
- •Dedicated submission window after writing ends
- •Up to 3 submission attempts per student
Offline
- •Exam conducted in person
- •No answer upload or submission window
- •Transitions directly from running to finished
Bonus Time
Teachers can grant extra time during an active exam. Bonus time can extend the writing period (while running) or the submission window (while submission is open). Timers update in real time.
Limits
- •Max 3 active (non-finished) exams at a time
- •Only upcoming exams can be edited or deleted
- •Question PDF required for online exams
Tip: Both teachers and students can view the exam detail page with live countdown timers. The page updates automatically — no need to refresh.
🔍 Exam Documents
The Exam Documents page lets you look up any exam by its Exam ID and access its associated documents — question papers and marked answer papers.
How It Works
- 1.Enter an Exam ID in the search field
- 2.View exam details — subject, date, type, total marks, participants, and class average
- 3.Access question paper (view online or download PDF)
- 4.Access marked answer papers (role-dependent, see below)
Teachers
See all participating students with individual marked answer paper links for each student.
Students
See only your own marked answer paper and score for the exam, if uploaded by the teacher.
Note: The page header shows your valid exam ID range and how many exams have question papers or marked answer sheets uploaded.
📄 Manage Exam Papers
Teachers can upload and manage question papers and marked answer papers for any exam. These documents become available to students through the Exam Documents page.
Question Papers
- •Upload one question paper PDF per exam (max 1 MB)
- •Look up an exam by ID to upload or replace its PDF
- •Overview table shows all exams with their upload status
Marked Answer Papers
- •Upload marked answer papers per student for each exam
- •Look up an exam to see all participating students
- •Upload or replace individual answer papers for each student
Tip: Once uploaded, question papers and marked answer papers are immediately accessible to students via the Exam Documents page.
